With over 30 years of leadership experience across IT, digital transformation, music/media entrepreneurship, and publishing, Bonita has shattered barriers and built empires across industries.
From serving as former Vice President of Lord Gang Worldwide, an international networking company in the music industry (founded by Dupree "Do It All" Kelly of Lords of the Underground), to leading an international coalition of over 500 DJs, pioneering MP3 DJ distribution in 2006, launching Internet TV contracts before streaming was mainstream, and managing multimillion-dollar IT operations for Fortune 500 companies — Bonita is a living testament to resilience, innovation, and unstoppable growth.
She is the Founder and CEO of She Rises Publishing, Bonita Payton Consulting & Professional Services, the host of the "Unbreakable, Unapologetic, Unstoppable" podcast, the creator of the 3U Crew global empowerment community, and the former CEO of Sniper Squad DJs.
Bonita holds degrees in Computer Information Systems, Paralegal Studies, Business Management, Marketing, and Small Business Entrepreneurship.
