CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD

Part-Time Education Center Test Administrator

Company: BPCPS
Location: Scott Air Force Base, Illinois
Work arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Approximately 8–15 hours weekly, usually two to three sessions lasting four to five hours each. Sessions alternate between mornings and afternoons.
Anticipated contract start: October 18, 2026

Employment is contingent on BPCPS receiving the contract award.

Responsibilities

Administer and supervise exams
Verify examinee identification and eligibility
Protect testing materials
Prepare workstations
Maintain records and inventories
Complete related administrative tasks

Required qualifications

Completed bachelor's degree from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Knowledge of or experience with standardized educational and military testing
Knowledge of or experience with Air Force terminology
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel experience
Strong communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work on-site and complete required background and access checks

Preferred qualifications

FAA, DLI, or AFCDA testing-platform experience
Workstation troubleshooting experience

Compensation
