Hi, I’m Bonita Payton. I don’t just sell skincare—I create experiences where confidence is restored, beauty is reimagined, and purpose is rediscovered.

In 2023, I found myself in a new city, in a season of transition, and ready for something more. What started as a pop-up party invite from a childhood friend turned into a divine redirection—one that would completely shift how I show up for myself and others.

I said “no” to Mary Kay four times before finally saying yes on September 11, 2023. I didn’t come in with product knowledge or makeup skills. What I brought? A heart for people, a hunger for growth, and a belief that women deserve to feel seen and celebrated at every stage of life.

Since then, I’ve built Team S.H.I.N.E.—a movement of women who are Successful, Hardworking, Intentional, Nonstop, and Empowered. I host virtual pamper sessions, serve women across generations (yes, even 98-year-old queens like Ms. Thelma!), and use my voice and leadership to pour into others.

Mary Kay is no longer a side gig—it’s the platform I use to serve with purpose, lead with faith, and mentor with heart. Every facial, every booking, every conversation is a chance to remind someone of their worth.

This is my calling now—and I’m just getting started. 💕
